School of Rock
Matt and I went to see School of Rock last night. What a great movie!!! I really laughed out loud quite a few times and the kids in this movie were priceless.
Joan Cusack was incredibly funny as the straight laced school principal. She has to be one of my favorite comedic actresses.
Jack Black was, of course, zany and over the top and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
Definitely a great show for anyone over 9 years old.

I was really surprised that is was appropriate for young children, but it really was a family film without being only a kids movie or making different jokes for different age groups like Disney movies do.
Do you think 10 year-olds would enjoy it?

Yes, from my limited experience with kids of that age, I think they would totally LOVE it.
What kid wouldn’t want to be in that class? What kid wouldn’t love to be a rock star? Plus Jack Black is so goofy that I can imagine that kids are really drawn to him.
